Something for everybody

Since the Congressional Cemetery is a popular place for dogs off leash, there are many accommodations around the grounds for its four-legged visitors. Unfortunately, this water fountain wasn't working.

I love that there are fountains for dogs there... though unfortunate it was not working that day. Lovely shot of Sahraa pondering the empty water bowl. V

That's a shame that Sahraa couldn't get a drink, particularly after you paid an entrance fee.
