I’ve decided it’s time to start a new Washington, D.C., gallery, a continuation of https://pbase.com/helenpb/america_return_washington since that one was getting a bit unwieldy. As I said when we returned from our last six-year stint overseas, I don’t want to redo Washington since I did it in detail from 2006 to 2010 in https://pbase.com/helenpb/washington_dc_a_capital_city and several other galleries, so am just trying to find interesting or different things and events here to photograph.
