Cultural kaleidoscope at Mesaieed

Looking towards the other end of the beach, where there were more people swimming. It was quite an interesting scene, although not possible to photograph too closely, with women dressed in everything from abayas and headscarves to saris to shorts and T-shirts. Some women in abayas were actually sitting in the water, while teenagers were hiking them up to keep them dry. One would never see a scene quite like this back in Saudi.

A beach-goer enjoying the view, posted earlier.

An unusual sight but if this is the way that they may enter the water they slould do it. These days we habe women who go to a swimming pool in A "Burkini".
