We were on our way out of Doha for a drive down the coast, towards the Saudi border, ironically, when we caught sight of this unusual building. It was still under construction and we never found out what it was, but it was interesting in any case. There was also a very bizarre extension to the building on the right, the red circular thing. Maybe this neighborhood was just into unusual architecture.
