Swirls

The innovative architecture in downtown Doha was one of the big attractions of the city for me – it seemed like every building must have been approved for a unique design that would only contribute to the striking skyline because there wasn’t a boring, boxy building among them.

This is the fantastical Al Bidda Tower, GHD architects.

good marks for shape and shininess…just can't help wondering if you were working inside whether you would have your chair suspended over a desk at 30 degrees to the floor, but maybe you just aren't allowed to look out
