Homesick

Langos is a very popular food in Hungary, and having lived there for three years, I found myself both a bit homesick for Budapest and wondering why there were so many langos concessions at the festival. Maybe a lot of Hungarians migrated to Sweden?

What a cool find Helen! I love langos very much, and had one just a few days ago! However, langos can't beat the "exploding" Debreceni sausage! :) V

Langos finds its way, haha. I just read that a Hungarian vendor bought a caravan in NYC and sells langos. The choice is limited, but some like it with salmon:) I think with so many people moving abroad - because of political and/or financial reason - Hungarian kitchen is going to be more widely spread. Like the photo and langos as well. Good you captured it!!! V
