Tivoli Gardens is a famous amusement park and pleasure garden that opened in 1843 and is the second oldest amusement park in the world.
It was interesting to walk through Tivoli and see all the attractions, but I imagine it might have been fascinating at night when everything is lit up; however, it was pretty far from our hotel and we just couldn’t make it back in the evening.
This was taken in the shelter of an arcade while everybody waited for the downpour to stop. Ten minutes before this it had been brilliantly sunny, and about five minutes after this shot, it was again. Go figure!
