Hopeless

Our car is perpetually filthy. This was the result of rain mixed with sand. No matter how frequently we wash it, the car pretty much always looks like this, or worse. Usually, you can’t even see out the windows. To see what causes this, have a look at this sandstorm capture:

This is why I chose a gold-coloured car - doesn't show the dirt so much!

Looks a lot like vehicles here do in our Winters because of our use of salt on the roads. Imagine what your air filter looks like now...

Oh boy, I hope it doesn't ruin you car!

I'm sure the sand is a never ending battle there.

Wow, I think I would just give up and try to keep the windows fairly clean!

I may have said this before, but I'll never complain about Vermont weather again. Poor BMW. V

This is exactly how our rental car in Spain looked after the dust from the Sahara Desert mixed with rain on April 2! Dan wrote Violet on both the hood of the car and trunk lid! ;) V

excellent way to show us how one would have to adjust to living in the desert

Oh wow, be careful how you wash it off, you wouldn't want to scratch the paint
on this ultimate driving machine. I love my Bimmer too! V

I'll have to show this to my husband. The cat prints up and down the windscreen totally pale into insignificance.

Oh my, I could not handle that!!! I like a clean car... :))

Oh wow, that can't be good for your lungs. Be careful!
