This evening I had to attend an event at a hotel in Pest. Little did I know, but the US ambassador was having dinner there with US Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy and his wife, Mary. A friend and I decided to crash their dinner because we hadn't been able to meet him the evening before (see sad story with image below). He and his wife were absolutely delightful people, and he graciously agreed to have a picture taken with me (we had brought a photographer along with us). He also agreed to give remarks at the event I was attending, so the audience had a real surprise and treat. It was a great evening!
