Somewhere between Galway and the Cliffs of Moher this little castle popped up out of nowhere. No signs or explanations about what it used to be, but it was interesting nonetheless. I've since learned that this must be Dungaire Castle - it is "open" for tours until September and then they must shut down for the off season
