These really have inspired me to get out and play with my Macro lense, something I've not done in the year I've had it. Only used it as a 70-300 for wildlife but never exploerd the Macro side. Will be interesting to see if I can manage anything as eye catching as some of your, such strong colours and texture.

Rene, these are really beautiful. The colors are "other-worldly", and your use of shallow DOF is very dramatic. Judicious use of the focal plane is something I don't do enough of. I'll have to make a point of using a wider aperture more often.
