Looking more toward due east. The grapevine used to take up most of the area from the evergreens to the left, over to the telephone pole. We could never see the neighbor's yard behind us. Someday that will be true again, once the northern white cedar grows large enough. Hopefully now that there is more open space, we'll get more bluebirds (which I noticed already happening this fall.)
