The back area of the yard is finally ready to be planted. It took 1 1/2 years to get it to this point. Remember all the buckthorn that surrounded the telephone pole in previous photos? My neighbor to the southeast must have done some research after I talked with him about it. One day I went out and to my surprise, it was just all gone. I wish I had a clear photo of what it looked like before. The telephone pole was completely surrounded by huge buckthorn trees. There was also a long row of it going back into the neighbor's yard. Needless to say, I'm very impressed!
