On Sunday 24th of September we had a club level competition in which clubs mainly in the south entered. It is only a small competition to give everyone a chance to have a go at competing maybe for their first time at Kumite (fighting) or Kata, a series of movements to learn self defence moves and to practice stances as a basic explanation of what Kata is.
This gallery is of most of the competitors taking part in the days events.
