Bristlecone Pines - Worlds Oldest Trees

I'm not someone the Sierra Club would want as a member, but being in the presence of these fantastic trees was an experience like none other. They are unique and a bit magical. Did I mention old? Measured at as much as 4700 years old! Made me think of Ents.

You have some beautiful images of these wonderful trees. The light is fantastic! I was there last week and wasn't able to catch this kind of light.
