DOYLE, Richard Leo

   Richard Leo Doyle 25 October, 1940 – 8 July, 2022 ~ peacefully at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Friday July 8, 2022 at the age of 81. Loving and devoted husband of Mary (née Vesztrocy).

   Cherished father of Deborah Lynn Belanger (Donald Blue) and Tracy Anne Ivens (Robin) and the late Daniel Leo Doyle. He will be forever missed by his grandchildren Stacey Belanger (Kenny Bartczak), Bryan Belanger (Bailey Desrochers), Joshua Ivens (Natasha Belovich), Benjamin Ivens, Paige Ivens and his great granddaughter Lily Bartczak.

   Predeceased by his parents Richard Leo and Gabrielle (née Lemay) Doyle and his siblings.

   Arrangements entrusted under the care and direction of Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West, (343-314-1194). In following with Richards wishes, all services are private.

from Larry Lacasse: Rick was my immediate supervisor at TCTI/NCTI where he was a good mentor and a friend. He, his wife Mary my wife Gail and I spent many a Saturday evening playing cutthroat Hearts (he could be really mean with the Queen of Spades). He was an avid golfer and I managed to play many games with him as well as a memorable trip with our wives to Myrtle Beach. Sad to see him go.
from Phil Gies: Rick was a retired Canadian Air Force controller and began his TC career in UL ACC in 1970 or 71. Rick was a very competent controller, always kind of quiet, and always a pleasure to work with.
