Juvenile frilly

Nightcliff NT

Frilled Lizards are still remarkably common in Darwin. While I was staying there an old colleague complained of having spent a
week in the Top End without being able to photograph a frillneck, so I assured him I could find one within 10 minutes. I did.
He was impressed, but he needn't have been. I used to spot lizards from the school bus.
