Dipping

I recently read the book 'Running with Scissors" where one of the characters practiced 'bible dipping' - whenever she had a problem or question she would open the bible randomly and it would give her the answer. I'm not sure what my question was when I photographed the dictionary but I'm not sure I like all of the answer!

Well I suppose you could interpret it to mean that you use your electric stovetop to melt the chocolate into fondue, and then dip the bread into it. That's my story and I'm stickin with it.

I've never been that good at getting the meaning of words, and I do occassionally dictionary-dip thinking that it will improve my understanding. I also find the origins of words and phrases fascinating. Neat image, Gail.

Quite clever! From the thumb I thought it was a stack of bills (yuck!) but the image is creative and fun.
