After yesterday's yucky image I thought we needed a healthy one tonight so here's our tomato salad. Mind you, don't be fooled by this because it hasn't been a healthy eating day. I've been working with the Sheffield end of my team today and there's two things that I love about the journey. One is that I can get loads of work done on the train without the usual office interruptions and the other is the breakfast on the train: a good old British fry-up.

So, why not an image of Sheffield I hear you ask. Sorry but with a pile of papers and a laptop I couldn't face the weight of the camera - maybe next time I'll leave the work in the office.
