Ah Dee's parents are very discriminating diners too. They raised all five of their children to appreciate fine food at an early age. They recently invited my daughter, son-in-law and Ah Dee to lunch at one of their favorite French restaurants, Fleur de Sel, which features the food of Brittany. Everything was delicious and prepared with care, with the juicy yet crispy-skinned organic chicken deserving special mention.
