We saw probably the most spectacular collection of Bonsai trees (some let grown to full size) and manicured shrubs in a variety of animal forms in Truc Lam Monastry. We suspected this had to be years of work and devotion by a very talented monk with superb gardening skills. The manicured shrubs also reminded us of the romantic story of "Edward Scissorhands"!
