Hamarikyu Park is a 15 minute walk from Shimbashi JR Station and has many interesting features. A manmade sea water lake, with tea house on stilts and crossing boardwalks. Here you can enjoy a small cake and omacha (frothy green tea) tatami style, surrounded by views across the lake.
