My family and I rented a cabin in the Townsend area for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We drove through Cades Cove early Friday morning. It was beautiful! We saw 3 bears, some turkeys and too many deer to count. It was my granddaughter's first trip and she loved all of the animals. We even had a few snow flurries as we drove through. I'm now sitting in the McDonald's Parking lot in Pigeon Forge to post this while the little one takes a nap in the backseat.
