I don't know this flower but it is gorgeous. Such a vivid blue. Is it a ground cover? I can imagine a lawn adorned with it.

Oh I just love Plumbagos, they have the most wonderful tone of blue. A wonderful shot with lots of flowers, would love to have it as my desktop wallpaper!
