Little Anole

This little guy is about the size of my pinky. The lizards and frogs are quite happy with the increased population of the mosquitos. Wish I could say the same :)

My thoughts and prayers are with my friends and colleagues who have suffered so much devastation. We are currently trying to locate all of the teachers from our school, we still have been unable to locate about 10 of our staff. Many of them have lost everything and we are opening our homes to them so that they have a place to stay.

I pray that everyone of them is safe. There are some of my fellow workers that we can not find and have not heard from. It is a fellow worker in Mobile that has given me a room with a bath and has helped me out. God bless you and all that help ones in need.

He looks quite content, probably wonders what all the fuss is about. It's amazing how resiliant little creatures can be.

A lovely positive image, which must be difficult given the circumstances. I am glad that you all seem to be bearing up.

Cutle little critter. I always try to catch lizards. I usually end up holding a tail. :) I think it's wonderful the way all the people in the US and the disaster area have offered to take in the evacutees. They've done more for the victims than anyone else. It proves we have heart and we can all pull together. I sure hope you find the missing teachers. I'm so glad you're posting when you can.

Glad to see you back online again and to see your shot of this little critter.
It nice to hear that you and your family are okay and are helping out your fellow
neighbors.

Could we do something for helping?

It's so good to see your pictures again. One like this can only give one hope that things will grow and recover and one day be back to normal.

What an experience you've all been through. Hopefully going back to school will be the start on the road to recovery and normality, like this little fellow. Slowly emerging.
