My mom was born on a ranch and we'd visit her brothers there after she was married. I remember as a child, we were allowed to run off into the wilds and in particular you had to be careful of these huge spider webs. They could block your pathways. Not so much the giant spider being dangerous, more the fear from yourself if you got this web all over you... I remember some mornings I would look at the web in fascination and it looked just like this picture. Thanks for the memory Ernst. Another thing, it was gigantic because I was a child.
