Since you can drive to this lookout when the gate is not locked, it is susceptible to vandalism. Most of them are, there are always some morons out there and anything they can easily access will get beat up to some extent. You can see that some people have used this door for target practice. The windows were all busted out as well on the lookout which is fairly common. I like the sharp squarish lines here and the beat up industrial look; it makes a nice contrast with some of the pristine nature photos.
