Central Park in New York City has a diverse variety of dragonflies and damselflies which can be found around the waterways from late spring through autumn.
The best places to see them are Turtle Pond, the Lake, the Harlem Meer, and the Gill.

Beautiful work. I love dragonflies , they are so tenderly with the transparent wings and thin bodies.
