Didn't have to drive to the mountains for this PAD - but the weekly trip was worth it for other reasons. I was looking for an image that would express nature in the off season. This drooping brown what-ever-it-was with the drab brownish background seems to say it. First time in the mountains in almost a month where the wind wasn't blowing up a storm. Made shots like this possible for once.
