Immediately outside of Chandigarh train station. Push your way through the bustling throng of travellers and beggars and this amazingly tacky piece of art catches the eye. It's so bad, I like it...although I would never pay for it or commission such a thing either! If you know of the Marvel comics character The Thing (Ben from the Fantastic Four), then it looks like they've sampled his skin structure for their clothing but left off the orange dye. More tat than tate.
