We had a visit from the Artstream Nomadic Gallery and two days of discussion and demonstration by three ceramic artists whose work is included in the gallery. Here we see some of the presentation by Julia Galloway.
Julia is currently the Director of the School of Art and Professor at the University of Montana, Missoula. She gives many workshops and is active in promoting the ceramic arts. She has developed two educational websites: Field Guide for Ceramic Artisans and Montana Clay
NOTE: Ye Olde Photographer missed the beginning of the Monday sessions due to a scheduling conflict so regrettably there is not much shown of creating the initial forms.
