Lion Gate in Aslantepe

The name of the king seems to be impossible to read with certainty. I found an article where he was identified with some other kings. That article concluded it was PUGNUS-mili II, but obviously I am not competent to decide who is right. A large site about the Hittites uses Allumalli(?). In the Wikimedia Commons that is used also, but leaving the questionmark out. I doubt all.
