The pekmez (molasses) part of the exhibits was extensive, but required more knowledge of the language than I had. It became clear that all sorts of flavours and formats might emerge, depending on the production. Like with the soaps there were examples to look at, smell, taste, but it was overwhelming to a layman like me. At the end of the (free, as was entrance|) tour I tasted a bit and drank some drink prepared with one of the many varieties. The visit was a pleasure.
