An old hamam, still functioning. On the right: the domed ‘soğukluk’ (cold room, with locker rooms and often a fountain in its center). On the left: the chimneys of the fireplace, and the large dome of the central sıcaklık (warm room). The space between the two is taken by a tepid area, where visitors can stay for a while in order to have their body adapted to the heat.
