Near the Zincirli Mosque a small baroque türbe (mausoleum) from 1825 is the burial site of a famous calligrapher, Hattat Rakım Efendi, who designed beautiful inscriptions on the türbe and sebil of Nakşidi Valide Sultan. His influence was so large that specialist will speak of a before and after Rakim era. A cat lover was feeding his clientele outside. Entrance was impossible, and as usual a car was parked to ruin the picture.
