did an outdoor art show at the last minute, stunned to get first prize, left exhausted... ate here... headed home

and then this sky drew me to turn back! to the site of the art show... fort williams park...
and the most photographed lighthouse in the world per google and some books i found last night... see them in this gallery
so i went back across the bridge ...was tipsy with exhaustion... and little sleep
and found myself running!
and later noticed i was 1 foot from a 70 foot falloff!.... here are the images that followed this shot and sky...

it is nice to re see the sequence with digital of how things unfold! enjoy, don... i will put another lighthouse from this time here later

Congrats on the prize, Don. Fantastic clouds and saturated colours to this. I might have been tempted to crop out the cars just beneath the beale street sign, and give the photo a tilt to give a sense of dizziness looking up at the impending storm, but it's still great as it is.
