The new Miami Jackson Senior High School is on the right middle of the photo. NW 36th Street is really rundown and all of the businesses look like fortresses with iron bars, metal roll down shutters and other protective measures. However, Allapattah may see a resurgence in the near future from what I have read because business rental rates are sky high and going higher in Midtown, Wynwood and points northward.
