OK, a bit of poetic licence with the title, as this isn't a Templars Grave (I couldn't find it).
Out this evening for a bit of an explore, planning on hitting an old water pumping station that's
been abandoned, which I was hoping might serve as a nice backdrop. But we checked out a ruined
kirkyard just 10 minutes away. There are graves and the ruined church here dating back to the 13th
or 14th century according to some of the research I'm finding.
The place is in a pretty disgraceful state to be honest. Nettles and stickywillies all over the
inside of the church. But beyond that in the yard, there's a carpet of wildflowers covering the
grass and graves. Beautiful and peaceful.
