But I don't know what kind, nor how to prepare it. I thought
it was an acorn squash, but when I got it home, and looked up
acorn squash on the internet, they didn't look like this one.
So what is it?
And who has a recipe for me? I know I can count on my pbase
friends to help me identify and prepare this wonderful vegetable!
