Romaine Lettuce
Large cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 small can mandarin oranges, well drained
1 bunch green onions, diced
1 small block of blue cheese, crumbled

Layer the above. Will stay in fresh in the refrigerator for several days. Use dressing of choice when serving (balsamic vinegar based dressings go well with this). This is also good with walnuts, but add those when salad is served.
