Jennifer was photographed with the lens set to 308mm and a B+W WZ-1 soft-focus filter at f/11 at 1/125 seconds. The main light is a 1200 WS softbox coming from the right,while fill is from a 400 WS umbrella camera-left. Hair is lit by a 30 degree grid spot at 400 WS, and the background is lit by an 11.5 inch reflector on cream seamless. I deliberately made the background light very hot, becuse the WZ-1 produces a white-edged halo when shot against anything other than a VERY light background. This deliberate hot background lighting circumvents the halo by preventing it from being recorded.
