The King's New Square is a public square centrally located at the end of the pedestrian street Strĝget. The largest square of the city.
It was laid out by Christian V in 1670 in connection with a major extension of the fortified city, and there is an equestrian statue of him at its centre (later in my photo #74).
The day I reached this square, there was an outdoor exhibition displaying some new technology products. The showcases made this place look more interesting.
