The Nativity Scene was sponsored by Harvey's Department Stores and was on display in Nashville's Centennial Park from 1953-1967. This brings back memories of family, Christmas, and Harvey's. Remember freezing walking through the display at night. Too bad its no more. Thanks!

I grew up in Nashville, 1946 thru 1966. I'm 70 now and still remember my parents driving us thru Centennial Park every Christmas to see Fred Harvey's great nativity scene!

Thank you for posting these pictures! I grew up going to centennial park to see the nativity every year. Its sad that our children and grandchildren will never have these memories. While Opryland has a good nativity, it doesn't come close...at least from my memories.

Thank you for posting these pictures of the Navtivity scenes. I enjoyed them so much, as they were a part of my teenage and young adult life. What wonderful memories these pictures bring back to me of days gone by! I wish I could relive them once again.
