Moving back from the bridge heading south we see busy Victoria Rd. I don't think that it was
originally planned that Victoria Rd ever be a major traffic artery. Population pressures have sort
"had greatness thrust upon it" such that all along the road, the expansion of its capacity seems a
trifle makeshift, to say the least
