Here we see some traditionally styled stand alone residences with large townhouse and apartment
developments behind them. Tony and I make estimates as to the values of some of these properties.
We decide that they could easily cost more than two million apiece. We are still trying to find out.
No new developments can include absolute waterfront anymore. Land immediately adjacent to the river
must be retained as public reserve. The ancient industrial building at the end of this row appears
to be heriitage listed although we can find no reference to its identity as yet.
