An attempt is being made to turn (what WAS) a sleepy little bayside suburb into a "resort". Here is
the huge Novotel hotel which seems entirely out of scale with its surroundings. To the left of shot
is a pedestrian overpass from the beach side of the road to the hotel. We decide to cross it.
