Part the way up to the walking bridge is a nice little landing from which clear views may be obtained
out to the Bay opening. I had expected to see lots of waves as high seas had been reported on
the coastal beaches. Although we can see big, south easterly driven breakers headed in from the
Tasman Sea toward La Perouse, here in this westerly end of Botany Bay, all is calm and quiet.
