Once around Farm Cove we reach a point of land referred to as Mrs Macquarie's Chair. Just a bit
further around, we do come across a stone structure resembling a giant chair, which is where the
wife of Lachlan Macquarie, fifth governor of the original colony, reputedly sat to enjoy the harbour view.
