Next to Katoomba Railway Station there is a derelict siding and freight depot which has not been
used for some decades. I suspect that the old timber buildings and platform must be heritage listed
else they would have been pulled down a good many years back. Prominent in the weed infested setup
is this rusting old manual crane. I just love this sort of thing - so much character.
