Cheers Alfred - Nothing against them because my wife is one but I just can't see why they can't go to the real Ibiza like our kids and leave Formentera to people who want to chill out. I'm thinking about booking around Migjorn next time (maybe Jun '13). What to get apartments next time but will keep the Riu in mind incase flight+apts+car hire is too much.

Probably "Es Pujols" is not the quiest place of the island. It's a little italy in all senses. You should have been anywhere else to enjoy that peaceful island. Let me recommend you "Hotel Riu La Mola". I've been there may times. It's worthwile.

We stayed there last year. Nice hotel. Really like Formentera but wasn't too sure about all the noisy Italian youngsters pretending it was Ibiza ;-) bit noisy and pushy for us.

Inspired by your pics we visited from Australia in early June. Just brilliant. Looking forward to returning someday.
